Restaurateur Dave Weir has been at the forefront of the dining scene since 1991 as the the executive chef and partner of a multiple concept restaurant group that included the start-ups of five locations--Four Dogs Tavern, Chaddsford Inn, Marshalton Inn, Oyster Bar, and Buckley’s Tavern-- all based in Pennsylvania & Delaware.


At his flagship location, Buckley’s Tavern, he created a sense of community and a “come as you are” atmosphere that turned Buckley’s into the de facto “town hall” of northern Delaware.  A self-taught chef,  Weir has had his creative but accessible food receive praise from Bon Appetit, Family Circle, New York Times, Washington Post, Gourmet and several local publications.
